A wide variety of races congregate here, though they by no means mingle with each other. Tight groups cluster about the wide roadway, not exactly watching other groups with unfriendly gazes, but not moving to welcome each other, either. The strange mingling of languages batters the ears, from the melodic to stone-like rumble. Very few merchants line the roadway here, this area being more of a path between two points than a place for any kind of business.

The Cauldron is the most diverse of Caercala's six boroughs, home of the more affluent members of the non-native races, each of which has its own quarter where the living conditions are quite similar to those in their homelands.
