The Lavere Trading Company, currently headed by Romar Lavere, is one of the most powerful trading houses in the city state Norek. It is heavily involved in precious metal trade and they receive much of their income from the mines they run in the nearby Branka mountains. Romar Lavere's main commercial and political rival is Tamrin Modesta, head of one of the other great houses in Norek.
