Meluria is a peninsula that projects out from Jaiman south of Elysea Bay. Technically, Meluria is part of the Rhakhaan Empire. The people there actually have an ancient civilization, but seem somewhat barbarous to outsiders. They spend a lot of time raiding the Melurian Straits.
