The peoples of Kulthea learned to use the essence in everything to do magic. Some delved into the essence that infuses every mind in proportion to it's wisdom. Each mind is so complex that it generates an entire essence world unto itself to parallel it. To travel inside someone's mind extensively is to travel one of these worlds.
