Phleg's run is a narrow neighborhood along a street of the same name that's located downhill from Northridge, west and north of Merchant's Cross, and East of the Merchants Quarter. It's known for being in the shadow of a substantial cliff, above which is North Ridge, and for the odd shops along it's way.
