A wealthy young silks and cloths merchant from Sel-Kai, and Kaitaine agent for his father's trading house. His father is Lord Dolnegan, and he lives at the Dolnegan Estate.

Siburlion Loves drinking, gambling and practical jokes; he has given Terrike the slip on more than one occasion. Originally he hired Fogg to be his bodyguard, but fired him and hired Terrikke instead when Fogg tried to manhandle her and her load of cheeses out of Siburlion's path in the market, but underestimated her balance, slipped on a fish and fell face first into the fishmonger's stall, much to Siburlion's amusement.
