Psyche bidding was short and sweet... one of the players decided on a crushing opening bid
The GM was too stunned to try to get anyone to bid after initial bids... Lee managed to win in the first round with a solid lead off bid.
Strength bidding saw a bit more activity, and to a certain extent, followed a pattern seen in several of the other attributes, with roughly half of the participants bidding high and the other half bidding low and staying low.
I don't know why it is, but for some reason, Endurance seems to often be hotly contested in my campaigns:
A Lovely three way battle between Lee, Todd and Jackie ensued, but eventually todd bowed out, leaving Lee and Jackie heading skyward in a Battle Royale. The final totals looked like this:
By this time, several of the players were getting alittle tapped out for points, but this didn't preclude one small round of bidding after initial bids.
Final Bids went tot he man who'd saved up enough points to keep going.

Points were flowing pretty freely in the bidding... Here's how it looked at the end:

For obvious reasons, powers were of the lesser sort, and of only the more basic types. The end result, I feel, was satisfactory... one has the feeling that these characters, while undeniably competent and powerful, are very new to exploring The highest-cost powers chosen were Trump and Basic Pattern... until the no-bid players joined in.
