The High King of the goblins is an elemental being that arrived in Murlog as the result of a botched ritual millenia ago. Since his arrival, he has subjugated the entirity of the Murlog of the Morbek Highlands, not only to the extent that he controls them, but that he is worshipped by the Murlogi as a god.

He appears to be goblin more than 20 feet in height, and, as an elemental of earth, has incredible powers to manipulate his underground environment. He rarely emerges from his citadel: a hold originally belonging to a dwarven culture that he and the goblins destroyed.

The High King allows a society of goblin heirarchy to remain in place as a way to control them. The leader of this heirarchy is King Mablik.
