Mablik is the secular leader of the Murlogi culture of the Morbek Highlands. A stout goblin, he is a fierce warrior himself (as all goblin kings must be), and leads the goblins as the high-general, in times of war.

But he's also rather smart for a goblin, possessing more than simple goblin cleverness, but a head for tactics and politics.

He defers to matters of eugenics to his wife Queen X?.

His second in command in military matters is Lord Oblik?, cheiftain of Tooth Hold?.

Mablik is ambitious, but he doesn't dare to challenge the High King Of Murlog.
