The soul is a part of the spark that animates people that is associated with the gods and the God Worlds. The "spirits" of Orhan are actually composed of the same force as the soul of a person.

When a person who follows a god dies, their soul will usually lead their spark to an afterlife in the God Worlds associated with the deity of the Theistic Religions that they most piously worshipped.
