There is another Star World that exists outside of time and space, based on the mind of a being called Agoth, with its own infinite number of worlds associated with it. It, too, is connected to Kulthea, but only in certain strange circumstances. Farther away from Kulthea these worlds become very unlike Kulthea, and not just chaotic, but odd and impossible to understand. At the point farthest from Kulthea is the Outter Void where Agoth, and madness, exist.
