There are basically four ways of telecommunicating with another Noble

1) Technology/Magic

  Advantages: Real-time
  Disadvantages: Can be eavesdropped on, requires the target to either have a matching piece of communications technology, or be somewhere that the magic can reach

2) Prayer

  Advantages: Reaches the Noble no matter where they are
  Disadvantages: One-way communication, tends to get ignored, gets mixed up with the mass of unconscious mortal prayer. Note: Anchor prayer is different than this.

3) Design - meditate on a Noble's heraldry or significant flower to establish an Amber-style trump contact

  Advantages: Real time, stylish, respectful
  Disadvantages: Requires a physical focus, requires the Noble to know the coat-of-arms of the target.

4) Realm's Heart

  Advantages: Real time, perfectly secure
  Disadvantages: only between Siblings of Realm 2 or higher
