Worldwalker usually costs two points - one for the Wayfinder gift, and a second point for the Change-Location portion of the Gift (though this might drop to a mere 1 point if the Change-Location portion of the Gift is bought as a 'normal' miracle). The table on page 120 is a little misleading. Worldwalker is not a teleport power. It only helps you find paths into and out of the Hidden Ways. If you want a teleport Gift, you can base it off of the one shown on page 260.
