The King of Swords is a terrifyingly powerful god, worshipped in various guises by the Ten Thousand Tribes and not a few members of the Atlantean legions. His eyes flash lightning, bringing death to his enemies. His laugh is the crack of thunder. His anger burns like fire, and those under his protection are invulnerable to harm and invincible in battle. In a later age of the world, some will know him as Ogoun, a powerful loa of Voodoo.

Jim, I'll try to include some captions about how I see this thing. If I've got anything wrong, please post a comment or two, and I'll fix it.

Jim, this may look like a laundry list: feel free to strike out stuff you don't like, or suggest other effects you'd like to see. Right now, this is a *very* powerful demon. On the one hand, that's cool because once the King shows up he'll be a terror. But on the downside, he's so powerful that Hanno may have to curry favor with him through some pretty extreme acts.

Lore

I picture many of the King of Swords' rituals involving fire in some way, with ritualistic burn marks. Don't worry about the ritual details too much; we can come up with them in play.

Contact

??? (Contact -- speaking to the demon when he/it is back in the Astral Plane-- is based on Lore vs. demon's Power. Hanno is a low-Lore character, and thus may have to take lots of hallucinogens or you may have to narrate some really cool stuff to earn bonuses.)

Summoning

??? (Summoning is based on Will - Humanity vs. Power. It's a hard roll to make, unless you're willing to drive down Humanity, or sacrifice animals (or people) in the rite.)

Binding

The King of Swords is revered as a deity. It does not enter into a "binding" long-term relationship. Instead, it gives its power in Pacts. The sorcerer specifies a particular task (or field of endeavor) and supplicates the demon for help. Since the King of Swords is a warrior god, I imagine this ritual is based around the supplicant's Stamina.
