The Aaron’s Serpent known as Anthurian Azurus is known by many as the Dragon Servant of Justice. Anthurian spent 100 years completing the Perpetual Rose Ritual, and in the end his great chancel was created, stolen from portions of cities on countless worlds. To find Locus Anthurian, one need only look inside the very belly of the beast. Anthurian has four powers whose estates are all tied to qualities ubiquitous throughout creation. Midan Candis is the Sovereign of Fortunes, Casia Helenstear is the Power of Hope and Despair, Edennis is the new Sovereign of Crime, and Jamus Santiago the Power of Truth. Anthurian and his famillia have a single purpose in all of Creation. To seek out, capture and detain those Eternals (beings who are completely un-killable, except possibly through Excruciation) who would commit crimes against Creation. Once captured, the criminal is brought aboard the chancel and placed in a “holding” area and transported along the World Ash to the world of Nashistrallia where they are tried, judged, and possibly imprisoned. Editor's Note: Anthurian Azurus was most active in the Second Age on the Earth. The coming of Lord Entropy and the Council Of Four, together with the later ramifications of the Edicts Of Tal reduced his power on that world. However, he is still acive and enforcing his on particular brand of justice on the World Ash.
