The former Imperator of The First Castle -- the primary Inquisitor chancel of Earth. Following the events of Session Six (see the Campaign Log), Pen Lo was found guilty of gross negligence and his body was sectioned and divided between the chancels he had wronged and the Inquisitor chancels involved. As a result, his Head is in Locus Storyville, his body (minus hands, feet, and all internal organs) is in Locus Noctis. His Heart and Spleen are in Locus Nephys, his Lungs, Kidneys, and Liver are in Locus Sanguinas (though the Liver was 'borrowed' by the Power of Cities for a time), and his entrails are in Locus Ambrolam.

He (at least his head) still seems to be vaguely aware of his surroundings.

Of his Powers, Cerny Krizova joined Locus Ambrolam, while The Bronze Man and Ide Hapura were destroyed and their respective estates were relocated to Locus Nephys and Locus Sanguinas.
