The sinister Ammeni have honed excessive cruelty to an artform. If a character uses this Secret while changing their intention to something more destructive during BDTP, all further attacks do +1 Harm. Examples: A prison ward changing his intention from discover location of rebel hideout to make an example of captured rebel. A teacher changing his intention from instilling a lesson in a pupil to causing his pupil to fear him.
