This isn't that "important" a talent, but I have to confess I just think it's odd that it's not included in the basic rules. Anyway.

STEALING TALENT
What has it got in its pocketses?

Classes: Rogue.
Requirement: You must have a Dexterity of 3 or higher.

Novice: If your fingers are light enough, much is available for the taking. If you fail a Dexterity (Legerdemain) test, you can re-roll it, but you must keep the results of the second roll.

Journeyman: "It wasn't me." You can follow a successful Dexterity(Legerdemain) roll with a Communication(Deception) roll. Once the victim finally does notice their possessions have gone missing, they're likely to suspect someone else.

Expert, Master levels?
At Expert level, Stealing would allow a Communication(Deception) roll even after a FAILED attempt, while a Master would be, in the words of DA:O, "able to distract and mislead the poor mark, even during combat."
