Location: A totally destroyed major world of old humanity, resettled by Concordant.

Environment: Miles and miles of destroyed skyscrapers and arcologies. New settlements are estabilished on these remnants. Few cleared areas are used to grow edible plants.

Settlement: Concordant maintains permanent archaelology expedition here; there are also a lot of independent scavengers that make living off finding and selling old technology.

Notable Character: Dr. Alfred Cinkasa, head of the expedition and de-facto Concordant representative on Overpass.

Rumors: Somewhere under these tons rubble lies the Library that contains all knowledge of old Humanity... including information about its last days.
