Old spelling Humanity. There are several races of humans spread throughout the Imperium and beyond. Some may have more Solomani traits, some more Villani, some more Zhodani, etc. Most Imperials tend to be a mix to some extent of Solomani and Villani, but one secrets below can be taken to represent a more pureblooded member with some specific racial trait.

Human Secrets

Secret of Long Life

Pure-blooded Villani tend to age far less slowly than most humans. All aging tests are one die easier for a character with this secret.

Secret of Psionics

The character has natural talent with psionics. This is especially prevalent (or at least discerned) amongst Zhodani, but can occur in any human. Note that this is not the same as being trained in Psionics, which is another secret. (IIRC, psionics is unique to humans in Traveller)

Key of Versatility

Humans are supposedly the most versatile of the major races, though this may be just a racial prejudice. Gain 1 XP when the character is the only one who can do something. Gain 2 XP when demonstrating versatility by spending 2 or more Know How Pool in a scene where this is described as using obscure skills to accomplish a task. Gain 5 XP when trying something risky and low skill in order to demonstrate versatility. Buyoff: Decide to be a specialist in something, and forget the versatility nonsense.

Key of Hoarding

As descendants of hunter/gatherer stock on Terra, humans tend to be quite aquisitive. Gain 1 XP when shopping for new stuff. Gain 2 XP when going out of the way to get some new trinket. Gain 5 XP for risking one's life for material gain. Buyoff: take a vow of poverty or otherwise learn the error of your hoarding ways.
