Porozlo's biggest claim to fame is that it sports the one of the highest populations of sentient beings in the spinward marches: approx. 90 Billion inhabitants. It also has the highest number of polities, with some 80 nations claiming soverignty (and that number is much lower than it once was, due to wars of consolidation). As such it is hard to say any one thing about the people of Porozlo as a whole... players may wish to make up national cultures. But they do all have one thing in common:

Key of Intollerance

Porozlo inhabitants all tend to think in very local, parochial, terms. Even the members of the other nations of their world are to be suspected... to say nothing of somebody from another planet or system entirely. Gain 1 EX when speaking intollerantly about somebody when they are in earshot. Gain 2 EX for acting against somebody who is not from your culture... simply because they are different. Gain 5 EX for the character getting into a fight due to their intollerance. Buyoff: Be accepting of somebody very different.
