A Law instituted by the Honorary Duke Tideus Coppersmith of the Grand Duchy of Kroon in 1436 to instill a sense of stability in the floundering government of the time. The Law appoints a Grand Duke, who reigns for no less than Pi years, and no more than 2xPi years (after all Pie has equal parts too). The Grand Duke works for the people who own shares in the Duchy on an equal basis depending on the number of shares each individual has (hence Equal Parts), but also has the power of veto over the majority shareholder if the minority vote outweighs the singular vote of said majority shareholder. Since the minority are unlikely to allow a majority shareholder to take away this veto power, the Grand Duke has successfully, and lawfully been able to veto all attempts to change this law or to unappoint his position.
