Takeshi is a mountain of a man. His stature is tall and wide. His size hides his speed and cunning in battle. He may seem like a loud, boisterous man who has too much of a fondness for food and drink, but in actuality he is a loud, boisterous man who has too much of a fondness for food and drink who is a true master of hand to hand combat. He was a samurai for a brief time but threw it all way for the life of a Sumo wrestler. Not attached to any particular family or house he gained his name and fame through his bouts. His great skill and seeming uncanny link to the earth has afforded him much wealth and status through the years but he craves to continue seeking newer and stronger opponents, even those who are not Sumo wrestlers. So he climbs the mountain to best the Witch himself!
