Description
Toshido is of average size and build. He is alternatively intense and serene, quick to anger but also quick to forgive (usually). He can run *very* quickly on occasion, covering a great deal of ground over a short time. He begins and ends each day in a personal (and private) ritual involving tea and meditative trance.

BACKGROUND: Why is the character a Ronin? Why does the character need the money from this deal?

Toshido Sakai was one of the honored samurai of Lord Matsumoto. Lord Matsumoto was upset with nefarious acts being perpetrated in his lands and believed the Mountain Witch was behind it. He sent Toshido (his best tracker) to gather proof and put a stop to the problems. While Toshido was performing this duty, a rival Lord to Matsumoto struck by surprise and slew Lord Matsumoto, burning the stronghold to the ground. Toshido's new wife Kiko was amongst those slain, cut down by an enemy samurai as she tried to protect the Lord. A witness survived to relate the story to Toshido upon his return. Now ronin, Toshido seeks the Witch to learn the truth of his/her/its involvement and exact retribution if honor so requires it.
