New CoH patch today. No real info on what it’s for.

According to the patch notes, aside from the inevitable “game stability,” the patch also makes it so folks can’t get caught inside of dance cages (which apparently has become a bigger issue now with the new club).
Also loaded the Valentine’s Day special event. New badges and missions and Toga Toga Toga
Another patch today (9th). Anyone know what it is for?

City Zones:
* Perez Park: Circle of Thorns and Lost spawn in this zone again.
Rewards:
* The drop rate for Mitochondria has been changed. Defeating a Mitochondria now automatically awards 1 SO and 1 salvage drop total, not 1 to every character that has damaged it.
CITY OF VILLAINS
* Fix for missing Newspaper Missions.
