Channeling myself

“No one really listens to anyone else, and if you try it for a while you’ll see why.”
— Mignon McLaughlin
Seven people at the Casa last night, all connected to the internet and logged into CoH. Cool. Yay, wireless connectivity.
Of the seven, five or so had Coalition Chat on and were commenting on whatever was going on there.
So…
Thanks to my friends for, seperately and as a whole, reminding me why I never have that channel on.

  1. Some people were paying a lot more attention to it than I ever do. 🙂
My own CC tends to be when I’m in-between things or once I get into a converation.
That said, some of the commentary was quite amusing.

  2. Ah, yes, that was… interesting. As usual, two of the more… vocal members of the Alliance were making their differences of opinion quite public, with a couple of others lending their support. Avo tried working behind the scenes to defuse the situation, which was becoming quite volatile, and succeeded only in driving one of them off the comm frequency. Although that person later apologized, telling Avo that he was right to say what he did.
    Was that sufficiently vague?
